Where do you offer pickup & delivery?
Free pickup and delivery is available in Ellensburg. If you live outside of Ellensburg, send me a message! Drop-offs are available by appointment, and pickup/delivery outside of Ellensburg may be available for an additional travel fee.
How much does it cost?
Laundry service is $2.25 per pound with a $30 minimum order for pickup and delivery. Not sure what your laundry weighs? Most families don't! I'd be happy to provide an estimate based on your household size.
Do you offer one-time service?
Yes! Whether you need help catching up after a busy week or you're looking for recurring service, I'd love to help.
Do you offer weekly service?
Absolutely! Weekly service is perfect for busy families who want one less chore on their to-do list. I also offer every-other-week and occasional pickups.
What is your turnaround time?
Most orders are returned within 48 hours.
Can you wash bedding and comforters?
Yes! I wash:
• Sheets
• Comforters
• Blankets
• Mattress protectors
Do I need to separate my laundry?
No! I'll sort everything appropriately before washing.
What detergent do you use?
You can choose between a standard or fragrance-free laundry detergent. I also use dryer sheets. If you have fragrance sensitivities or special requests, just let me know before your pickup. Also, you are more than welcome to provide your own detergent.
Do I need to empty pockets?
Yes, please! While I always do my best to check pockets, customers are responsible for removing personal items before pickup.
Can I request special washing instructions?
Of course! Please let me know if any items require special care.
Do I need to be home?
Not at all! Porch pickup and delivery are available as long as we have arranged a safe pickup location.
Can I drop off my laundry instead?
Yes! Drop-offs are available by appointment if that's more convenient for you.
How do I pay?
Payment is due upon delivery. I currently accept Cash, Venmo, and Cash App.
