- Individual: $300 per quarter
- Roommate Bundle: $550
- Additional laundry over 15 pounds is charged at $2.25 per pound
- Comforters, sleeping bags, mattress pads, rugs, and other bulky items are priced separately.

What if I have more than 15 pounds?
Additional laundry over 15 pounds will be charged at $2.25 per pound.
What detergent do you use?
You will have the choice to select between a standard or fragrance - free option. You are more than welcome to provide your own detergent if you wish.
What if I miss a pickup?
Because your membership reserves a weekly service spot, missed pickups do not roll over.
When do you pick up?
All CWU members are assigned a weekly pickup day.
Where do you pick up?
Residence halls, apartments, and many homes near CWU.
Is my laundry washed separately?
Yes. Every customer's laundry is wash, dried, and folded separately.
What does 15 lbs of laundry look like?
15 lbs is approximately 2 loads of laundry.
Membership Policies
- This is a one-time membership for the Fall 2026 Quarter only and does not renew automatically.
- Payment: Full payment is due before the first pickup.
- Weekly allowance: Includes up to 15 pounds of laundry each week; unused pounds do not roll over.
- Missed pickups: If a student forgets to put their laundry out or isn’t available, that week’s service is forfeited and does not roll over.
- Overage: Laundry over 15 pounds will be weighed and billed at $2.25/lb to the payment method on file.
- Turnaround time: Laundry is returned within 48 hours.
- Membership reserves a weekly service spot; missed weeks do not roll over or receive refunds.
- Cancellations: Memberships can be canceled before the quarter begins for a full refund. Once the quarter starts, memberships are non-refundable.
- Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared between multiple students.
